- 1 Can Chickpeas
- 4t Olive Oil
- 2T Dill
- Pinch Salt & Pepper
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 Lemon Squeezed
- 3 Slices Bread
- 1/8 Cup Hemp Hearts
Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins Total Time: 25 mins Servings: 3 slices (chickpeas = 2)
Step 1: Preheat oven to 425F. Rinse chickpeas and pour into a mixing bowl. Add oil, dill, salt, and pepper, and mix until fully coated. Spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 2: Mash avocado, and sprinkle with lemon. Spread onto toast/bread.
Step 3: Layer avocado with chickpeas and hemp hearts, and enjoy!
